How do I prepare my browser for subscription access to software applications?

A: You need to make Software.InfoMine.com a trusted site and install the required ActiveX component.

2: How do I make Software.InfoMine.com a trusted site?
A:
  1. Press the "Alt" key on your keyboard to display the menu bar
  2. Select "Tools"
  3. Select "Internet Options"
  4. In the Internet Options window that comes up, select the "Security" tab
  5. In the Security tab, select "Trusted Sites"
  6. Once Trusted Sites are selected, click on "Sites"
  7. Enter "https://software.infomine.com/" under "Add this website to the zone:"
  8. Click "Add"
  9. Click "Close"
  10. Close the open Internet Options window

3: How do I install the required ActiveX component?
A:
  1. Log in to Software.InfoMine.com
  2. When you see a security warning about ActiveX, right click on the yellow toolbar, then click "Run" or "Install"
  3. If the security warning comes back, you need to add Software.InfoMine.com as a trusted site

A:

You can delete files through the Open or Save dialog box.  To do so, select the file to be deleted and press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
