How do I prepare my browser for subscription access to software applications?

You need to make Software.InfoMine.com a trusted site and install the required ActiveX component.

How do I make Software.InfoMine.com a trusted site? |
| A: |
- Press the "Alt" key on your keyboard to display the menu bar
- Select "Tools"
- Select "Internet Options"
- In the Internet Options window that comes up, select the "Security" tab
- In the Security tab, select "Trusted Sites"
- Once Trusted Sites are selected, click on "Sites"
- Enter "https://software.infomine.com/" under "Add this website to the zone:"
- Click "Add"
- Click "Close"
- Close the open Internet Options window

How do I install the required ActiveX component? |

- Log in to Software.InfoMine.com
- When you see a security warning about ActiveX, right click on the yellow toolbar, then click "Run" or "Install"
- If the security warning comes back, you need to add Software.InfoMine.com as a trusted site
